Their HMO's are very competitive and offer a large array of benefit options.
For mid to high level PPO price points, they are competitive as well.
On the Medigap front, since Medicare supplement plans are standardized by Medicare (an F plan is an F plan regardless of the carrier), it's really a question of cost but Health Net's Medigap pricing has been pretty stable which is a key concern since you're potentially making a decision for decades.
All and all, Health Net has aggressively pushed to become a contender in a very crowded and competitive marketplace.
